Refunds and returns

Right of withdrawal:

If you are not satisfied with your order and want to get a refund of the price paid, you can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending us an email , in compliance with these simple conditions:

  1. The return request must reach our Customer Care no later than the fourteenth working day from the date of delivery. If the communication does not take place within this period, your request cannot be accepted.
  2. The returned products must be:
    a) returned intact, without having been used or damaged;
    b) placed inside the original package that was delivered to you, which must be complete in all its parts and intact, without any affixing of labels or adhesive tapes, which will be affixed exclusively to the outer casing;
    c) returned in a single shipment, avoiding split deliveries in case of purchase of several products;

Return request:

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal you will need to enter your reserved area and follow the guided procedure. Your return request will be notified to our Customer Care, who will evaluate whether to authorize it or not: the authorization by Customer Care will be confirmed by an email, in which you will find the link to follow to access your reserved area. Once the return has been received, an employee will evaluate the condition of the products, recondition them and proceed with the closure of the management of your request. Each activity will be notified to you via email and you will be able to follow it at the same time by accessing your private area.
WE REMIND YOU THAT GIERRE SAS DOES NOT ALLOW EXCHANGES OF GOODS BUT WILL REFUND THE COST OF THE RETURNED ITEMS. THE ONLY EXCHANGE ALLOWED IS FOR REPLACEMENT SIZE SAME MODEL ARTICLE COLOR.

Respecting all the conditions listed, GIERRE SAS will refund you the total price of the products purchased.

Shipping methods and costs:

You can send the products you intend to return as you prefer, using the express courier or the ordinary mail service.
The shipping costs will be at your expense in the event that:
- The size of the item you purchased is not correct.
- The product you purchased does not correspond to your expectations.

The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.

The shipping costs will be at our expense in the event that:
- One or more products you received are different from what you ordered.
- The products you received have obvious manufacturing defects.

In this case we will book a collection through our express courier so that you can return the purchased products without having to pay the shipping costs.

Non-acceptance of the return by GIERRE SAS

In the event that the conditions mentioned above are not respected or damage to the returned products or their use is found, GIERRE SAS reserves the right not to accept the return. In this case you can decide to receive the purchased products again, however you will be responsible for the shipping costs. It will not be possible to refuse the sent shipment afterwards.

Returns of orders from countries other than those to which they were delivered will not be accepted.

Refund times

The refund of the total price of the products will take place no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The timing of the refund varies depending on the payment method you used and specifically:
- Paypal: the refund will be made directly to your Paypal account and will be visible in a couple of days. Paypal itself will send you a communication certifying the refund.

- Bank transfer: the refund will be made directly to your current account and will be viewable in a couple of days. At the end of the procedure we will send you a confirmation email.
