A family story
Garuffo takes his first steps in a garage, in the years in which the textile industry in Como takes off. Rosanna and Giorgio are two young far-sighted entrepreneurs who believe in a concrete dream: to create a high-quality shirt entirely Made in Italy and transform it into a showpiece in the midst of the great Como weaving mills.
Garuffo was born in 1999 from the union of the best intentions, the most sincere values and a strong passion.
Over the years the production increases, together with the ambition that has now become a reality and Garuffo opens his first store in the heart of Como in 2011 and the large Lipomo store in 2014.
Today Stefano, the eldest son of Giorgio and Rosanna, has joined the company and is determined to want to make a difference. The combination of experience and tradition behind him and his innovative ideas for a constantly evolving sector have created the new Garuffo: an e-commerce of handcrafted, customizable, long-lasting products.
